Great place to drop on the trail. They are nice enough to allow people to park in the lot and drop right onto trail next to business. They had everything I was looking for and the prices were fair.

First contacted Dave who helped us make a smart decision on a new sled that would fit us and how we planned to use it. He helped us find a model that had just what we needed and took care of all the details. Then we worked with Jim the parts manager to get everything set up. He really went the extra mile to make sure the parts were the best for what we needed in an unusual situation. Then we worked with Tobi the service manager and her staff who were very helpful in both installing the parts, plus a few extra upgrades, and in getting the break in service done. Again all the details were handled and everything completed on time. While the parts were being installed we talked with Michelle about a new RZR and she helped us find a great deal on a new one with upgrades already installed at a great deal. She also took care of everything and the process was smooth and fast. Everyone we worked with had the experience and knowledge to help us find exactly what we needed. They all listened to what we wanted and worked with us to get it. The whole experience has been great and hassle free. Wonderful support. Very happy!

These guys are the best. I have been working with them for many years. They service, maintain, and store my sleds in the offseason. The Lakeland team will do everything you need to make sure the sleds stay on the trails (when we have snow)! After looking around the state for a new seadoo gti I was unable to locate one anywhere. Initially Michelle told me most of their stock was sold including the jet skis yet to be delivered. I was pretty bummed then about a half hour after I left she took the time to call me back and let me know one was coming in that I could purchase that week. She could have easily sold it to the next person coming in but she took the time to call me. I appreciated that level of customer service. The buying process was easy and she even took time to message me later that week and ask how I liked it. I recommend Lakeland PowerSports and Michelle!

We purchased 2 Seadoo Sparks from Lakeland and the experience was great. Michelle was very responsive and made the entire buying process smooth and quick! She emailed me a quote within 15-30 minutes after we spoke on the phone…other dealers took days. They are also fully transparent on their pricing and do not add on additional dealer prep and delivery charges that most other dealers do. Modern showroom and ton of accessories to purchase right on site. Will do business here again. Save yourself some time and just go right to Lakeland and they’ll get you taken care of.

They a ft r offering 30 percent off on most clothing and have great cleaner rack. So we purchased some 509 sweat shirts. We stop in just to say high some days cause everyone there is so friendly great job guys

Shortly after getting my new Seadoo Switch, I sucked up some rocks and fubar'd the Jet Pump. The Lakeland Team had the pump rebuilt and ready for pickup in 3-4 hours!! Great guys, very nice to work with. Super helpful and answered all support and operation questions. Excellence!!

I cannot say enough about how GREAT the guys at Lakeland Power Sports are - We had 2 mishaps with our jet ski in the same week and they fixed each of them the SAME DAY! I purchased a brand new SeaDoo from this dealership earlier this spring. The manager, Thomas, and his team do amazing work and have incredible customer service. They are nothing short of amazing, 5 hours away from home and our boat looses power on the water, then stops starting all together. Long story short we called several places that were booked out at least 3 weeks. My husband explained the situation and Lakeland Powersports squeezed us in and saved not only the day but our entire 5 day trip seeing as how this is day number one. Highly recommend for any service problems or purchase needs. Staff is friendly and makes sure they are doing what they can to make the customer happy and get you the best deal they can!!!

Lakeland always goes above and beyond to take care of customers and make sure all of their needs are met. I recently worked with Andy Passow when ordering two SeaDoo 300's and he made the process quick and effortless from beginning to end and works to make sure you get a good deal. Their service and parts department has always impressed me when getting my snowmobile fixed or serviced. They are completely transparent about every aspect of both buying and servicing units. They also don't use many of the annoying and pushy sales tactics that many other dealers do.

Lakeland provided exceptional service with contacting Polaris directly for a warranty part. I feel they went above and beyond and were extremely pleasant and helpful over the entire process. Thank you for such a great experience!

We rented on a Friday/Saturday 2/26 and 2/27. Jake was very honest about trail conditions in advance of us driving 8 hours there, let us take sleds out Friday and said we could return a day early if trail conditions deteriorated, which they did. Great guys at Lakeland, nice equipment, reasonably priced and super easy to work with. Highly recommend Lakeland and ask for Jake.

I was calling many other places to have snowmobile rides , and other places where very rude and also canceled my reservation. However, Thomas here in Lake Land Powersports , was very kind and very comprehensible in what I wanted. Due to my family and I have never rode a snowmobile before. Thomas also took the time to take us to the main trail because he new we where new to the area. Thank Thomas for your help. My family and I really enjoyed it !

We rented a snowmobile and gear (helmet and snow pants bib) this weekend. Jake was very helpful, patient, and nice to us! They were reasonably priced! I definitely recommend renting the snow bib, that was money well spent. They delivered the snow mobile, no issues there. Flawless delivery.

I came to the northwoods with a Skidoo1200 Grand Touring 2015 and 2 Polaris sportsman. All my work on my sled has been done by Derrick in back. He gets me in and out and offers advice and keeps my mind on riding and he will take care of the rest. Soon to come in again and have a once over to keep the triple burning right for years to come. Rhanks again all of you. Looks like a expansion for showroom and parts department to come soon. Just another reason to give the best service in the northwoods.
