I drove up to Lake Tomahawk from Green Bay and when I arrived I noticed I had a trailer wheel bearing fail. I called them right away on a Saturday morning and I limped in to drop it off. A couple of hours later I was good to go. Excellent service and a fair price. They helped out what would have been a stranded guy in a vulnerable spot. Thanks for the great service!

We spoke with Jim today at Lakeland and had an exceptional experience. Jim went the extra mile to find a replacement Tip out Windshield for my Polaris General, when no other dealer in the area had one stock (Polaris is on back order too). I am so grateful to have had Lakeland Powersports (specifically Kasey) help my family in getting our boat motor fixed. It's been almost 10 years since my grandfather (84 years-old) was last in the boat and out on the water. I was doing the Pumpkin run in Mercer and lost a belt for my 2019 Can Am, called Lakeland powersports and talked with Andrew, he said if i could get it there by 5:00 P.M. he could have the belt replaced. I arrived at 4:45P.M. Andrew still took on the job, the mechanic that worked on it showed me exactly what he was doing and why. They saved my weekend, and that meant alot to me. I would recommend Lakeland Powersports for service if you need work done on your UTV.

I cant thank Lakeland Powersports enough for the great customer service that we received. We just bought a 2020 Polaris Rzr xp 1000 highlifter and Lakeland made it effortless and possible. Tom and Andy were super knowledgeable as we are just getting into this hobby. This is the only place that I will be going in the future and recommend Lakeland to anyone who's looking for quality products and great customer service!

What a great team! Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and ready to help. Had a problem with my track late afternoon on a Tuesday (idler wheel failure) and was heading out for a backpack trip to the U.P. the next morning. They had me in and out in less than 2 hours. I will be getting my next sled from them!

After my experience with Lakeland Power Sports today I have to write a review. I went for a small part for my sled. They had it no problem. While I was there I asked about new lens and a couple of other parts for my helmet. I can't say enough good things about the people there. Ski Doo my not know what I needed, but Lakeland did. They made sure I had what I needed before I left. Can't say enough good things about Lakeland Power Sports.

Amazing, crazy good service. Had an issue last Saturday pm that caused some body damage that prevented us from driving 2017 Renegade. Took it in and talked to Tom and explained that we had a big trip planned with relatives and friends coming in on Thurs/Fri. Brian called me first thing Monday with estimate and said he thought he could have parts in Wed/Thurs. Still had to cross fingers for all to work out. They absolutely went out of their way to get it ready for us. This wasn't about a business just looking to make money. This was a business that only cared about getting it ready for us. I've had a few prior experiences with them for smaller things and that service was great, but not like this. Truly good people.

I broke down on the trail and called a shop to see if they could get my sled right in to fix. They said it would be a couple days. I called Lakeland and they were very friendly and asked where we were at. They came and picked up my sled on the trail and had it in their shop right away. One half hour there and all was taken care of. I highly recommend them customer service was exceptional!!!!

I have been working with Kasey regarding some problems with our boat and so far I feel confident that he will make sure the work I've requested is done to my satisfaction. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a way different experience than I have had a few years back. Now it is a friendly, inviting experience VS the previous owner. Employees seem to truly be happy working here as I spoke with them at the open house. I will be buying my next snowmobile from here! Old owner should have got out of it a long time ago.

I was very pleased with my first service experience. I had two sleds summerized during a very busy time. I asked if I could get the sleds done because I was leaving town in about 7 days. Even though they were about a week out in repairs. they were able to work me in. I was promised that the sleds would be done in about 5 days. I got a call the morning of day 3. That surpassed my expectations. Thanks Jim and Casey for te great service.
